Flower membership FAQ.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. You’re never locked in. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your membership anytime before your upcoming billing date. We’ll send friendly reminders so there are no surprises.
Do you offer delivery to my neighborhood?
We currently deliver within our local area and nearby neighborhoods. At checkout, you’ll be able to confirm if your address is in our delivery radius. You can always choose studio pickup if you live just outside our range.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
If you’re not home, we’ll leave your flowers in a shaded, safe spot in water or with a hydration pack. You’ll receive a text with a photo so you know exactly where to find them.
Are the arrangements the same each time?
No two arrangements are ever exactly alike. We design fresh each week based on what’s in season and at its peak. You’ll notice themes and palettes, but the flowers will always feel new.
Can I gift a membership?
Absolutely. You can purchase a set number of months as a gift, or start a recurring membership and we’ll coordinate details directly with your recipient.
